By accessing or using SpaceRaiser.org(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpaceRaiser.org is a platform that enables users to make voluntary charitable pledge commitments in response to hateful content found online. We are not a payment processor, financial institution, or charity. We facilitate the tracking and sharing of pledge commitments made by users directly to third-party charitable organizations.

3. User Accounts and Anonymity

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email authentication. You may choose to display a username or remain anonymous when making pledges. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pledges

Pledges made through SpaceRaiser.org are voluntary expressions of intent to donate to a charity. They are not binding financial obligations, contracts, or enforceable commitments. SpaceRaiser.org does not process payments, collect funds, or guarantee that any pledge will be fulfilled. The responsibility to fulfill a pledge rests solely with the user who made it.

5. User Content

You may upload screenshots, links, and other content when making pledges. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload. By posting content, you grantSpaceRaiser.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or dox any individual
• Post false or fraudulent pledges
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Manipulate leaderboards or chapter statistics through fraudulent means
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by SpaceRaiser.org and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent, except as permitted by these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceRaiser.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
